Prior to the business's first anniversary I had a physical set back and discovered that the first 2 operations to fix, plate, and repair my shoulder had ultimately been unsuccessful. After weeks of hospital appointments I was told that it wouldn't be possible to rectify the problem. I was suddenly faced with the prospect of giving up the business that I love so much. Just at this time I was handed a CV for a therapist who was trained in everything that I did and more. After contacting the therapist and swapping treatments with her, I was excited at her ability and decided that working alongside this therapist would allow me to continue working 2 days on light duties and keep the business running. I am happy that my clients will receive first class treatments from a trustworthy professional therapist; "Chloe".

Chloe is an experienced therapist,since leaving college she has worked in a salon and specialises in holistic therapies. Since she has joined Skin & Tonic in October she has already built up a loyal client list who have been as impressed with her service as I have. The comments from these clients have been so good I encouraged Chloe to ask them to record their feedback in a comments book, and in just one month Chloe has 3 pages of excellent recommendations!
